Saving whales, freeing orcas, chasing illegal fisheries, educating local communities, raising awareness… sky’s the limit, ocean’s the playground…Teams will pick the goal, design their campaign and set targets. preparations and training begin.

We follow the process, starting with the first CALL, introductions and pitching. Each time must comprise of a diverse pool of individuals with different background and expertise. Teams will based in different REGIONS related to major oceans and seas: Atlantic, Pacific, Med, Indian or otherwise continents: Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa, Australia…

From a pool of challenges, the TEAM must select their own environmental ISSUE that they will try to RESOLVE. We LEARN about different, dramatic, burning problems across the globe as the teams are presented and confronted with different ‘opportunities’. We follow the decision making process, resource assessment and risk analysis evaluation, and at times we watch the HEATED debate and CONFLICT. Environmental footage and expert insights in form of short on-location reporting and interviews offer a first-hand, RAW and UNCUT experience for the participants and the VIEWERS. The ‘A-HA’ moment.

It takes hard work and meticulous planning. Two weeks of conceptual work, fund raising, education and training. All that to be ready for the O-DAYDepending on the OBJECTIVE and LOCATION, the TRAINING might be TECHNICAL, PHYSICAL, TACTICAL or may be MULTI-DISCIPLINARY

The GEAR, the TOOLS, the LOGISTICS. To accomplish their missions, the teams must PREPARE and STRATEGIZE. The participants will need to FUND, SECURE and PLAN the campaign to ensure their mission will be successful and SAFE, and the OBJECTIVE will be reached. They may need to hire SPECIALISTS or find powerful ALLIES to help them succeed

When the teams are ready for their first MISSION, the viewers are ready to join the action. With ocean conservation efforts taking center stage, there is a lot of high-stakes storytelling and drama to follow

Some missions will take place at the high seas, some will be resolved through negotiations. And ensuring the long-term legacy of each team, innovation and system leadership will also play an important role

Just like in real life and business, the results are measured and teams are awarded points based on key performance indicators including: funds raised, social interest generated, local impact, legal and economic impact

The ultimate goal is to make a change in a complex, structured, profit-driven world of business and politics. Many environmental issues can be only resolved through the art of negotiation, be it with the local or national government or international industry organization. Reaching a deal or a declaration will be the ultimate goal
